ABS 022-11-02 detects Leptin in human samples. ABS 022-11-02 has been successfully used in ELISA and Western blot procedures. ABS 022-11-02 binds free Leptin in solution. In sandwich ELISA, ABS 022-11-02 works as a detection antibody with ABS 022-03-02 as a capture antibody. ABS 022-11-02 shows three bands at 16, 32, and 48 kDa in the Western blot application corresponding with the leptin monomer, dimer and trimer forms. NOTE: Concentration is lot-dependent and can vary from 0.85-1.15 mg/mL
