PA5-33182 is suitable for use a negative control for measurement of non-specific binding of mouse monoclonals of isotype IgG1 in rat tissue in a dual labelling technique using FITC and R-Phycoerythrin fluorochromes. This antibody contains a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated Mouse IgG1 RPE-conjugated Mouse IgG1. Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL.
