PA5-33181 is suitable for use as a negative control for the measurement of non-specific binding of mouse monoclonals of isotype IgG1 and IgG2a in human tissues in a dual labelling technique using FITC and R-Phycoerythrin fluorochromes. This antibody contains a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated Mouse IgG1 RPE-conjugated Mouse IgG2a. Reconstitute with 0.5 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL.
