MA3-935 detects OATP8 from human tissue and cells. This antibody does not detect dog, mouse or rat protein. MA3-935 also detects the OATP2 isoform. MA3-935 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation procedures. Immunofluorescence staining of OATP8 in human liver samples results in a pattern consistent with plasma membrane staining.
