Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Marke: Invitrogen PA530475
Weitere Details : Netto-Gewicht : 0.01000kg
Beschreibung
PA5-30475 targets ORC3L in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The PA5-30475 immunogen is recombit fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 48 and 315 of Human ORC3L. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
The origin recognition complex (ORC) is a highly conserved six subunits protein complex essential for the initiation of the DNA replication in eukaryotic cells. Studies in yeast demonstrated that ORC binds specifically to origins of replication and serves as a platform for the assembly of additional initiation factors such as Cdc6 and Mcm proteins. The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the ORC complex. Studies of a similar gene in Drosophila suggested a possible role of this protein in neuronal proliferation and olfactory memory. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported for this gene.Spezifikation
