CAP1 peptide YLSGANLNL (HLA-A*0201) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from Adenylyl Cyclase-Associated Protein 1 (CAP1) is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I HLA-A*0201 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells.
