Celleste 6 Image Analysis Software is a full-featured image analysis suite designed for biological applications. Preconfigured analysis templates are optimized to deliver the most relevant data for a range of cell-based assays. To get the most out of your Celleste 6 Image Analysis Software, addition of this set of 3D modules is recommended. Bundling these modules in a single package offers increased performance at a reduced combined price.
This package contains:
- Celleste 3D Analysis Module (Cat. No. AMEP4867)—helps visualize complex 3D objects using guided segmentation designed to facilitate identification and measurements. The module enables users to threshold and generate iso-surfaces as well as measure distances, volumes, and areas, and perform other measurements.
- Celleste 3D Deconvolution GPU Acceleration Module (Cat. No. AMEP4876) —helps perform 3D deconvolution and analysis in a fraction of the time by utilizing the graphics processing unit (GPU) of your EVOS PC or workstation. It also helps enable the processing of thousands of voxels at once for faster processing speed, increased performance, and better response times.
- Celleste 3D Visualization Module (Cat. No. AMEP4866)—allows you to visualize a series of acquired Z-plane images as a 3D volume. The module has a range of powerful tools, including the ability to rotate, zoom, and slice the volume, as well as several projection methods. It also contains a frame movie maker allowing one to easily generate videos that can be exported in various formats.
