Description

Hergestellt aus Polyimidfolie und Silikonklebstoff, kann zum Abdecken von Leiterplatten beim Lötprozess und für andere Hochtemperaturanwendungen verwendet werden.

Verwenden Sie 3M™ Polyimid-Klebeband 5413 kann zum Abdecken von Leiterplatten beim Lötprozess und für andere Hochtemperaturanwendungen zwischen 73 bis 260 °C eingesetzt werden. Dieses bersteinfarbene 0,07 mm dicke Klebeband besteht aus einem Polyimid-Film mit Silikonklebstoff. Zudem besteht der Rollenkern aus Polyethylen und nicht aus Karton.

  • Die hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit des Silikonklebstoffs verringert den Klebstoffaustritt, sodass eine Reinigung wegfällt
  • Das Polyimid-Klebeband lässt sich ausgezeichnet von der Oberfläche ablösen, da es bei höheren Temperaturen nicht weicher wird und formstabil bleibt.
  • Dieses Klebeband schützt Oberflächen vor der Einwirkung von Chemikalien und UV-Strahlung schützen und ist schwer entflammbar.
