Product # 31125 reacts with the heavy chains of human IgG from only the Fc portion, but not with the light chains or the Fab fragment common to most human immunoglobulins. This antibody does not react against human IgM, IgA or non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. The antibody has been tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with bovine, horse and mouse serum proteins. However, this antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species. Store product at 4°C until opened. After opening, dilute only enough antibody for a single day's use.
