Product # 31778 reacts with the heavy chains of human IgM, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Based on solid-phase enzyme immunoassay, this antibody cross-reacts with rabbit IgM, swine IgM (25%) rat IgM (12%) guinea pig IgG (6%) mouse IgM (3%) dog IgM (1%), and it has minimal cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species.
