Wird zur Reinigung rekombinanter Strep-tag™ Proteine unter Schwerkraftfluss und Niederdruck oder FPLC verwendet

  • Leistungsstarke Strep-Tactin™Superflow™ ist eine 6 %-ige Agarose mit der Streptavidin-Variante Strep-Tactin™, die sich zur Aufreinigung von Strep-tag™II- oder Twin-Strep-tag™ Fusionsproteinen eignet.
  • Im Vergleich zu Strep-Tactin™ Superflow™ hat Strep-Tactin™ Superflow™ eine höhere Dichte an immobilisiertem Strep-Tactin™, was zu einer 3- bis 5-fach höheren Ausbeute an gereinigtem Protein führt.
  • Die Suspension kann statt zur Chargenaufreinigung zum Packen von Schwerkraft-Durchflusssäulen verwendet werden, da das Harz für die Säulenaffinitätschromatographie optimiert ist.
  • Zum Verpacken einer Säule mit 1 ml Harzbettvolumen sind 2 ml 50 %-iger Suspension erforderlich.
