VetMAX M. paratuberculosis qPCR Sample Input Consumables are for use with the VetMAX M. paratuberculosis 3.0 Kit.

Included items:

  • 100 wooden tongue depressors
  • 500 50-mL conical tubes

These items help standardize the sampling process to ensure a consistent sample is entered into the MAP qPCR workflow.

  • Tongue depressors allow for easy sampling and are suitable for all textures. They are easy to scrape and no sample gets stuck in the hollow of a spoon.
  • The tubes are flat bottomed—no need for a rack during the incubation phase. Their graduations also allow for visibility of the contained volume.

The tubes accommodate enough volume to adapt to bovine, ovine, caprine, and camelidae samples.
