The Standard Thermo Scientific 384-well plate, yellow, is compatible with the majority of 384 block PCR and sequencing instruments. It has a maximum well volume of 40 μL and a working volume of 25 μL. This 384-well plate is compatible with all major 384 block thermal cyclers, and it has a cut corner at the A24 location.
