Description

Ermöglicht Durchflussraten bis zu 5 ml/min. Cytiva Die Peristaltikpumpe ist eine einkanalige Peristaltikpumpe, die aus einem Vierrollen-Pumpenkopf besteht und präzise, pulsationsarme Fördermengen liefert. Zur Verwendung in ÄTKA™ Chromatographiesysteme, z.B. ÄKA Start.

Zur Verwendung mit dem ÄKTA™ Automatisiertes Proteinreinigungssystem starten. Diese einkanalige, robuste Peristaltikpumpe besteht aus einem Pumpenkopf mit vier Rollen, der eine geringe Pulsation erzeugt.
  • Die präzisen Flussraten ermöglichen reproduzierbare isokratische oder Gradientenelution.
  • Ermöglicht Durchflussraten von bis zu 5 ml/min (bis zu 10 ml/min beim Waschen) bei Betriebsdrücken von bis zu 5 bar (0,5 MPa, 72,5 psi).
  • Die Systempumpe ermöglicht die unbeaufsichtigte Probenzufuhr und die Zufuhr großer Probenvolumina
