Product # 31732 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, ELISA and ISH applications. Product # 31732 reacts with the heavy chains of goat IgG and with the light chains common to most goat immunoglobulins, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Based on solid-phase enzyme immunoassy, this antibody cross-reacts with sheep IgG (50%) bovine IgG (25%) bovine IgM, goat IgM, sheep IgM (6%) cat IgG, dog IgG (1%) and it has minimal cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species.
