EGFR Recombinant Human Protein (without Catalytic Activity Domain), hIgG1-Fc Tag, Invitrogen™ Sino Biological™
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Gly 645) of human EGFR (NP_005219) fused to the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus
Marke: Invitrogen 10001H02H5

BeschreibungEpidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as a protein standard. Since this product is a truncated protein and does not contain intracellular catalytic activity domain, it is not suitable for use in enzyme activity studies.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized recombinant human EGF at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind human EGFR with a linear range of 0.64-400ng/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween-80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
