Beschreibung
Signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAMF1/CD150), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard.- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized human SLAMF1-His at 1μg/well can bind biotinylated recombinant human SH2D1A with a linear range of 0.8-20.0μg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
