Beschreibung

Sodium deoxycholate monohydrate is used as a solubilization agent for estrogen synthetase from human placental microsomes. It is also used to study the immobilization of lipoxygenase in an alginate-silicate gel matrix and to investigate the in vitro dissolution of gall stones.

Anwendungen
Natriumdeoxycholat-Monohydrat wird als Lösungsmittel für Östrogen-Synthetase aus humanen plazentalen Mikrosomen verwendet. Es wird auch zur Untersuchung der Immobilisierung der Lipoxygenase in einer Alginat-Silikat-Gelmatrix und zur Untersuchung der In-vitro-Auflösung von Gallensteinen verwendet.
