Beschreibung

Sodium phosphate buffer is used routinely in the life sciences. It is been also used for PEGylation of proteins at pH 7.4 and a concentration of 50 mM. Sodium phosphate buffer solution may be used in the preparation of a wide variety of phosphate based biological buffers for use in cell and molecular biology application.

This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio. Some documentation and label information may refer to the legacy brand. The original Alfa Aesar product / item code or SKU reference has not changed as a part of the brand transition to Thermo Scientific Chemicals.

Anwendungen
Natriumphosphatpuffer wird routinemäßig in den Biowissenschaften verwendet. Es wird auch für die PEGylierung von Proteinen bei pH 7.4 und einer Konzentration von 50 mM verwendet. Natriumphosphat-Pufferlösung kann zur Herstellung einer Vielzahl von phosphatbasierten biologischen Puffern für die Anwendung in der Zell- und Molekularbiologie verwendet werden.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Wasser (121 mg/ml bei 20 °C).

Hinweise
Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Von starken Oxidationsmitteln und starken Säuren fernhalten.
