StrepMAB Klassische Konjugate sind monoklonale Antikörper mit unterschiedlichen Konjugaten zum Nachweis von Strep-tag™II- und Twin-Strep-tag™ Fusionsproteinen

StrepMAB-Classic ist ein hochselektiver, muriner monoklonaler Antikörper zum Nachweis von Strep-™ tag II und Twin-Strep-tag™ Fusionsproteine in Anwendungen wie Western Blots, ELISA , FACS , Immunhistochemie und Immunzytochemie.

Es ist in Kombination mit Fluoreszenzfarbstoffen (DY-488, DY-549, DY-649) erhältlich. 

Die Absorptions-/Emissionsmaxima der Fluoreszenzfarbstoffe sind:
• DY-488: 493/518 nm
• DY-549: 550-560/575 nm
• DY-649: 655/676 nm

Bitte beachten Sie: Zur Erfassung von™ Strep-tag II und Twin-Strep-tag™ Für Fusionsproteine auf festen Phasen wird die Verwendung von StrepMAB-Immo™ oder Strep-Tactin XT aufgrund der Bindungsaffinität im pM-Bereich empfohlen.
