ELISA

Rat MIP-3 alpha/CCL20 quantitates rat MIP-3 alpha/CCL20 in serum, plasma, supernatant. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant rat MIP-3 alpha/CCL20.

Das entzündliche Makrophagen-Protein-3 alpha (MIP-3alpha), auch CCL20 genannt, wird in der Leber, den Lungen, Lymphknoten und peripheren Blutlymphozyten exprimiert. MIP-3alpha wird durch Entzündungssignale stark hoch- und durch das entzündungshemmende Zytokin IL-10 herunterreguliert. MIP3alpha signalisiert durch den G-Protein-gekoppelten Rezeptor CCR6 und fungiert als Chemoattraktant für Lymphozyten und dendritische Zellen.
