Descrizione

Ermöglicht die Lyse von Erythrozyten nach dem Färben von peripheren Blutzellen mit fluorochrom-konjugierten Antikörpern. Formuliert, um nicht-nukleierte Erythrozyten zu lysieren, während die fixierte und markierte Leukozytenpopulation erhalten bleibt.
