10,11-Dihydrocarbamazepine is used as internal standard during simultaneous determination of carbamazepine and its active metabolite in plasma by liquid chromatography. It can be used in chemiluminescence method for determination of carbamazepine.

Anwendungen
10,11-Dihydrocarbamazepin wird als interner Standard bei der gleichzeitigen Bestimmung von Carbamazepin und seinem aktiven Metaboliten im Plasma durch Flüssigkeitschromatographie verwendet. Kann in der Chemolumineszenzmethode zur Bestimmung von Carbamazepin verwendet werden.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Dichlormethan. Unlöslich in Wasser.

Hinweise
Von starken Oxidationsmitteln fernhalten. Behälter dicht verschlossen lassen. Kühl und trocken in einem gut versiegelten Behälter lagern.
