2-(Amino methyl)pyridine is a synthesis reagent used in the synthesis of PPD analogues. It is also used in the preparation of 5-nitro-2-furancarboxylamides displaying potent tryoanocidal activity against trypanosomiasis.

Anwendungen
2-(Aminmethyl)pyridin ist ein Synthese-Reagenz, das bei der Synthese von PPD-Analoga verwendet wird. Es wird auch bei der Herstellung von 5-Nitro-2-furancarboxylamiden verwendet, die eine starke tryoanozide Aktivität gegen Trypanosomiasis zeigen.

Hinweise
Luftempfindlich. Kühl und trocken und unter gut versiegelten Bedingungen lagern. Nicht in der Nähe von Oxidationsmitteln und Säuren unter Luftabschluss lagern.
