(±)-Hesperetin is an antioxidant flavonoid. Induces G1-phase cell cycle arrest. Anti-inflammatory. (±)-Hesperetin suppresses NF-κB activation. Reduces cholesterol biosynthesis. Inhibits lipid peroxidation. Neuroprotective against neuronal oxidative damage.

Anwendungen
(±)-Hesperetin ist ein Antioxidansflavonoid. Induziert einen Stillstand der G1-Phase im Zellzyklus. Entzündungshemmend. (±)-Hesperetin unterdrückt NF-κ B-Aktivierung. Reduziert die Cholesterin-Biosynthese. Hemmt die Lipidperoxidation. Neuroprotektiv gegen neuronale Oxidationsschäden.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Wasser (teilweise), verdünnten Alkalien und Ethanol (50 mg/ml).

Hinweise
Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Stabil unter empfohlenen Lagerbedingungen. Von starken Oxidationsmitteln fernhalten.
