Das BigDye™ Terminator Sequenzierungs-Standardkit enthält vier Röhrchen, von denen jedes genug DNA einer bekannten Sequenz mit 1200 Basen enthält, die mit BigDye™ Terminator v3.1 hergestellt wurde

Sequencing Standard, BigDye™ Terminator v3.1 Dx, contains four tubes, each of which contains enough DNA of a known 1200 base pair sequence prepared with BigDye™ Terminator v3.1 to perform one spectral calibration/performance check and/or one control sequencing run on Applied Biosystems Dx genetic analyzers.

The DNA contained in the preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability. Note: Applied Biosystems Dx genetic analyzers and consumables are for distribution and use in specific European countries only. Not for use in the USA.

  • Das BigDye™ Terminator Sequenzierungs-Standardkit enthält vier Röhrchen. Von diesen enthält jedes genug DNA einer bekannten Sequenz mit 1200 Basenpaaren, präpariert mit BigDye™ Terminator v3.1, zur Durchführung einer spektralen Kalibrierung⁄Leistungsprüfung und⁄oder eines Kontroll-Sequenzierungslaufs auf dem Applied Biosystems 3500 Dx Series Genanalysator.
