Description

Inhibitor der Tyrosin-Proteinkinase

4',5,7-Trihydroxyisoflavone is used to inhibitor of tyrosine protein kinase. Genistein inhibits EGF-stimulated phosphorylation in cultured cells. Also used to explore signal transduction pathways.

Anwendungen
4′,5,7-Trihydroxyisoflavon wird zum Inhibitor der Tyrosin-Proteinkinase verwendet. Genistein hemmt die EGF-stimulierte Phosphorylierung in kultivierten Zellen. Wird auch zur Untersuchung von Signaltransduktionswegen verwendet.
