Beschreibung

6-Aminohexansäure, CAS-Nr. 60-32-2, ist ein synthetisches Lysin-Derivat mit hemmender Wirkung gegenüber Fibrinolyse.Es zeigt hämatologische Aktivität.

6-Aminohexanoic acid is used as an intermediate in the polymerization of Nylon-6. It is involved in the extraction of aldehydes from the reaction mixture as well as to improve the solubilization of membrane proteins in electrophoresis. It acts as an inhibitor of fibrinolysis.

Anwendungen
6-Aminohexanosäure wird als Zwischenprodukt bei der Polymerisation von Nylon-6 verwendet. Sie ist an der Extraktion von Aldehyden aus dem Reaktionsgemisch beteiligt und wird zur Verbesserung der Solubilisierung von Membranproteinen bei der Elektrophorese eingesetzt. Sie wirkt als Hemmstoff der Fibrinolyse.

Löslichkeit
Wasserlöslich. Schwer löslich in Alkohol. Praktisch unlöslich in Ether und Chloroform.

Hinweise
Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln.
