Beschreibung

6-Aminohexansäure, CAS-Nr. 60-32-2, ist ein synthetisches Lysin-Derivat mit hemmender Wirkung gegenüber Fibrinolyse.Es zeigt hämatologische Aktivität.

6-Aminohexanoic acid is used as an intermediate in the polymerization of Nylon-6. It is involved in the extraction of aldehydes from the reaction mixture as well as to improve the solubilization of membrane proteins in electrophoresis. It acts as an inhibitor of fibrinolysis.

Anwendungen
6-Aminohexanosäure wird als Zwischenprodukt bei der Polymerisation von Nylon-6 verwendet. Sie ist an der Extraktion von Aldehyden aus dem Reaktionsgemisch beteiligt und wird zur Verbesserung der Solubilisierung von Membranproteinen bei der Elektrophorese eingesetzt.
