6-(Boc-amino)hexanoic acid is used in the preparation of esters of 6-aminohexanoic acid as antibacterial agents. EACA is reported to inhibit chymotrypsin, Factor VIIa, lysine carboxy peptidase, plasmin, and plasminogen activator.

Anwendungen
6-(Boc-amino)Hexansäure wird in der Vorbereitung von Estern der 6-Aminohexansäure als antibakterielles Mittel verwendet. EACA soll Chymotrypsin, Faktor VIIa, Lysin-Karboxypeptidase, Plasmin- und Plasminogenaktivator hemmen.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Chloroform und Ethylacetat. Schwer in Wasser löslich.

Hinweise
Lagerung bei -20 °C. Behälter dicht verschlossen halten. Mit guter Belüftung. Vor Hitze schützen und nicht in der Nähe von Oxidationsmitteln aufbewahren.
