For larger sizes, the number of freeze/thaws may be reduced by preparing aliquots, aliquots below 20 μL are not recommended. Please never store a kinase diluted. If properly stored at -80C, this product is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. This AAK1 recombinant human protein (1-465) was expressed in insect cells. The purified catalytic domain (1-510) of AAK1 can be used in a number of different applications, but has been specifically validated for use with our LanthaScreen™ Kinase binding assay technology to identify novel kinase inhibitors.
