Adenosine-5'-triphosphate disodium salt hydrate is used as a form of cellular energy. It is used in many cellular processes, respiration, biosynthetic reactions, motility, and cell division. ATP is a substrate of many kinases involved in cell signaling and of adenylate cyclase(s) that produce the second messenger cAMP. ATP provides the metabolic energy to drive metabolic pumps. ATP serves as a coenzyme in a wide array of enzymatic reactions.

Anwendungen
Adenosin-5′-triphosphat-dinatriumsalzhydrat wird als Form der zellulären Energie verwendet. Bestandteil zahlreicher zellulärer Prozesse, bei der Atmung, Biosynthese, Motilität und Zellteilung. ATP enthält zahlreiche an der Zellsignalweiterleitung beteiligte Kinasen und Adenylatcyclase(n), die den sekundären Botenstoff cAMP produzieren. ATP liefert die metabolische Energie für den Antrieb von Stoffwechselpumpen. ATP dient als Coenzym in einer Vielzahl enzymatischer Reaktionen.

Hinweise
Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Die empfohlene Lagertemperatur liegt bei -20 °C. Unter Inertgas lagern. Nicht kompatibel mit Oxidationsmitteln.
