Das Z-LEHD-FMK Peptid ist O-methyliert in der P1-Position auf Asparaginsäure, was eine verbesserte Stabilität und erhöhte Zelldurchlässigkeit bietet. Der Z-LEHD-FMK-Inhibitor kann für die Verwendung in In-vivo- und In-vitro-zellbasierten Assays zur Hemmung primär der Caspase-9-Aktivität und zur Untersuchung von Ereignissen nach der Caspase-9-Aktivierung konzipiert.
