Description

Empfohlen für die Isolierung, Auszählung und Kultivierung von Lactobacillus-Arten. BD™ Difco™ Lactobakterien-MRS-Bouillon unterstützt ein üppiges Wachstum von Lactobakterien aus oralen, fäkalen, Milchprodukten und anderen Quellen. Lieferung als praktisches, anwenderfreundliches, dehydriertes Pulver.

Difco™ Lactobacilli MRS-Bouillonpulver enthält Peptone und Dextrose. Diese Inhaltsstoffe liefern Stickstoff, Kohlenstoff und andere für das Wachstum notwendige Elemente. Polysorbat 80, Acetat, Magnesium und Mangan liefern Wachstumsfaktoren für die Kultivierung einer Vielzahl von Laktobazillen. Die oben genannten Inhaltsstoffe können das Wachstum einiger anderer Organismen als Laktobazillen hemmen.

  • Basierend auf den Formulierungen von deMan, Rogosa und Sharpe
  • Proben können direkt in Lactobacilli MRS-Bouillon inokuliert werden
  • Erzeugt eine gute Kulturreaktion mit: Lactobacillus delbrueckii (subsp. Racemosus) 7830, Lactobacillus fermentum 9338 und Lactobacillus johnsonii 11506
  • pH-Wert (5.5 %-Lösung, 25 °C): 6.5 ± 0.2
