Biotin-Pulver zur Herstellung von Strep-Tactin™XT Elutionspuffer

  • Biotin ist ein wasserlösliches B-Komplex-Vitamin, das auch als Vitamin B7 oder Vitamin H bezeichnet wird. Es bindet mit unterschiedlichen Affinitäten an die biotinbindenden Taschen von Streptavidin, Strep-Tactin™ und Strep-Tactin™XT.
  • Es ermöglicht die effiziente Elution von Strep-tag™II oder Twin-Strep-tag™ Fusionsproteinen von Strep-Tactin™XT und erhält gleichzeitig die Wiederverwendbarkeit des Harzes.
  • Es kann für die Herstellung von Strep-Tactin™XT Elutionspuffer, Puffer BXT, verwendet werden.
  • Darüber hinaus kann Biotin zur Elution biotinylierter Proteine von Strep-Tactin™ verwendet werden, wobei es irreversibel an das Harz bindet – Strep-Tactin™ kann bei dieser Art der Anwendung nicht regeneriert werden.
