Wasserlösliches Antibiotikum wirksam gegen gramnegative Bakterien

Carbenicillin disodium salt is a water-soluble antibiotic which is effective against gram-negative bacteria.Carbenicillin disodium salt is widely utilized as an antibiotic which is used to control bacterial cell-wall synthesis by inactivating transpeptidases on the inner surface of the bacterial cell membrane. It has been involved in the study of the role of penicillin-sensitive transpeptidases in cell wall biosynthesis.

Anwendungen
Carbenicillin-Dinatriumsalz ist ein wasserlösliches Antibiotikum, das gegen gramnegative Bakterien wirksam ist. Carbenicillin-Dinatriumsalz wird häufig als Antibiotikum verwendet, das zur Kontrolle der bakteriellen Zellwandsynthese durch Inaktivierung von Transpeptidasen auf der Innenseite der bakteriellen Zellmembran verwendet wird. Es wurde an der Studie über die Rolle von Penicillin-empfindlichen Transpeptidasen bei der Zellwand-Biosynthese beteiligt.
