Description

Chitin ist ein Cellulose-ähnliches Biopolymer, das überwiegend aus unverzweigten Ketten von b-(1-> 4)-2-Acetamido-2-Desoxy-D-Glucose-Reste (auch N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamin genannt).

Die Wirkung von BES und anderen z________________ionischen Puffern auf die Bicinchoninsäure (BCA ) zur Messung von Proteinmengen im Mikrogrammbereich untersucht. Es wurde festgestellt, dass BES die Farbentwicklung des Proteins verringert BCA des Prüfzentrums um 30 – 35 % bei 50 mM und um < 10 % bei 5 mM, Messung im 1 – 10-mg-Bereich von KOF gegen in Wasser gebildete Protein-BCA-Komplexe. Dieser Farbverlust kann auf die Bindung von Cu2+ an BES zurückzuführen sein.

Andere Verwendungszwecke umfassen:

  • Für die Verwendung von BES-gepufferter Kochsalzlösung bei der Calciumphosphat-vermittelten Transfektion eukaryotischer Zellen mit Plasmid-DNA wurde ein Protokoll berichtet
  • BES kann in modifizierter AD als Bindungspuffer eingesetzt werden′ s Medium während des Bindungstests für humane Melanomzellen
  • Es kann als Biopuffer zur Untersuchung der Selbstorganisation von heteromaterialienen CuII/Li-3D-Koordinationspolymeren im wässrigen Medium verwendet werden.
