Kundenspezifische TaqMan™ Probe

Custom TaqMan probes are dual-labeled primers suitable for use in any real-time PCR application. They incorporate a 5' reporter dye and a 3' nonfluorescent quencher/Minor Groove Binder (MGB). Choose from FAM, VIC, ABY, JUN, Cyanine 5, TET, and NED as reporters. Probes are HPLC-purified.

Kundenspezifische TaqMan™ Sonden sind doppelt markierte Primer, die für jede Echtzeit-PCR-Anwendung geeignet sind. Die Sonden binden einen 5'-Reporter-Farbstoff und einen nicht fluoreszierenden 3'-Quencher/Minor Groove Binder (MGB) ein. Wählen Sie zwischen FAM™, VIC™, TET™ und NED™ als Reporter.
