Dibenzyl phosphite is used for the phosphorylation of phenols involves reaction in the presence of N-ethyldiisopropylamine and DMAP to give the dibenzyl phenyl phosphate. It is used in the preparation of phenylalkylphosphonamidates which are then used as probes for a hydrophobic binding register in prostate-specific membrane antigen.

Anwendungen
Dibenzylphosphit wird für die Phosphorylation von Phenolen in Gegenwart von N-Ethyldiisopropylamin und DMAP zur Herstellung von Dibenzylphenylphosphat verwendet. Es wird bei der Herstellung von Phenylalkylphosphonamidaten verwendet, die dann als Sonden für ein hydrophobes Bindungsregister im prostataspezifischen Membranantigen verwendet werden.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in DMSO und Methanol. Es reagiert mit Wasser.

Hinweise
Bei 4 °C lagern. Feuchtigkeitsempfindlich. Nicht kompatibel mit Feuchtigkeit und Oxidationsmitteln. Unter trockenem Inertgas lagern. Von Oxidationsmitteln entfernt aufbewahren
