Disuccinimidyl glutarate is used as a membrane-soluble, amine-reactive N-hydroxysuccinamide ester-based homobifunctional crosslinking reagent. It is a homobifunctionla cross-linking reagent, for ex. isolation of the insulin receptor.

Anwendungen
Disuccinimidyllglutarat wird als membranlösliches, aminreaktives N-Hydroxysuccinamid-Ester-basiertes homobifunktionales Cross-Linking-Reagenz verwendet. Es handelt sich um ein homobifunktionales Cross-Linking-Reagenz, z. B. zur Isolierung des Insulinrezeptors.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Dimethylsulfoxid und Dimethylformamid. Teilweise wasserlöslich.

Hinweise
Feuchtigkeitsempfindlich. Kühl lagern. Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln.
