Hydrophobe PVDF-Transfermembran für Western Blotting

Immobilon™ PVDF-Membranen werden in vier Typen angeboten, die jeweils für eine andere Proteinblotting-Anwendung optimiert sind. Die offene Porenstruktur erleichtert den Zugriff auf gebundene Proteine und die Entfernung ungebundener Sonden. Darüber hinaus erhöhen Immobilon™ PVDF-Membranen, die für fluoreszierende Blots optimiert sind, das Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis für eine hohe Empfindlichkeit in quantitativen Multiplex-Anwendungen erheblich.
