Praktische Blotting-Sandwiches mit vorgeschnittenen Membranblättern und Blotting-Filterpapier. Immobilon™ PVDF-Membranen weisen eine hohe Proteinadsorption auf, sodass während des Transfers oder der Neuverprobung keine Proteine verloren gehen. Die offene Porenstruktur erleichtert den Zugriff auf gebundene Proteine und die Entfernung ungebundener Sonden. Darüber hinaus erhöhen Immobilon™ PVDF-Membranen, die für fluoreszierende Blots optimiert sind, das Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis für eine hohe Empfindlichkeit in quantitativen Multiplex-Anwendungen erheblich.
