PA3-066 detects Endothelin Receptor B from human, mouse, and rat samples. PA3-066 has been successfully used in Western blot, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry (paraffin) procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects a 47 kDa protein corresponding to mouse Endothelin Receptor B. The PA3-066 antigen is the COOH-terminal amino acids of mouse ETB (424-442) KANDHGYDNFRSSNKYSSS coupled to KLH.
Non-specific receptor for endothelin 1, 2, and 3. Mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
