Gibco LV-MAX Produktionsmedium ist ein chemisch definiertes, serum- und proteinfreies Medium, speziell entwickelt für die hochdichte Zucht und Transfektion der Gibco Viral Production Cells (Suspensions-angepasste, von HEK 293-abgeleitete Zellen) zur Förderung einer lentiviralen Produktion mit hohem Titer.

  • Unterstützt das Wachstum von Suspensionskulturen viraler Produktionszellen zu Dichten von über 1,0 x 107 Zellen/ml.
  • Ermöglicht eine nachhaltige, ertragreiche Produktion von hochdichten, transient transfizierten Kulturen, die einen Titer von bis zu 1 x 108 TU/ml (unkonzentriertes LVVs-GFP) erzielen
  • Unterstützt Zucht und Transfektion der viralen Produktionszellen in Kulturformaten von 96 Deep-Well-Blöcken bis zu 2 l-Kolben und Bioreaktoren

Das LV-MAC Produktionsmedium ist sofort einsatzbereit und erfordert keine Supplementierung. Die chemisch definierte Formulierung gewährleistet hohe Reproduzierbarkeit und chargenübergreifende Verlässlichkeit. Das Medium wird für adhärente Zellkulturen nicht empfohlen.
