Das Thermo Scientific dNTP-Gemisch (20 mM) enthält HPLC-gereinigte Desoxyribonukleotidtriphosphate (dNTPs), die hohen Qualitätsstandards entsprechen und eine hervorragende Leistung in einer Vielzahl von molekularbiologischen Anwendungen bieten.

Das dNTP-Gemisch ist eine vorgemischte Lösung mit je 5 mM dATP, dCTP, dGTP und dTTP bei pH 7,5 für eine dNTP-Gesamtkonzentration von 20 mM. Eine solche Mischung ermöglicht die Reduzierung von Pipettierschritten und eine Verringerung des Risikos von Reaktionsfehlern.
