Description

Supplement für humanes Keratinozytenwachstum (HKGS)

Eine sterile, konzentrierte (100x)-Lösung zur Verwendung mit EpiLife™ Medium oder Medium 154 für die Kultivierung von humanen epidermalen Keratinozyten. HKGS ist ein ionisch ausgeglichenes Supplement mit Rinderhypophysenextrakt (BPE), rekombinantem, humanem, insulinähnlichem Wachstumsfaktor-I, Hydrocortison, Rindertransferrin und humanem Epidermalwachstumsfaktor. Jede 5 ml-Flasche HKGS enthält alle Wachstumsfaktoren, Hormone und Gewebeextrakte, die für die Kultur humaner epidermaler Keratinozyten erforderlich sind, und ist die korrekte Supplement-Menge für eine 500 ml-Flasche Medium.

Wenn eine 500 ml-Flasche Medium mit HKGS supplementiert wird, sind die Endkonzentrationen der Bestandteile im supplementierten Medium wie folgt:

  • Rinderhypophysenextrakt (BPE), 0,2 % v/v
  • Rekombinanter humaner insulinähnlicher Wachstumsfaktor-I, 0,01 μg/ml
  • Hydrocortison, 0,18 μg/ml
  • Rindertransferrin, 5 μg/ml
  • Humaner epidermaler Wachstumsfaktor, 0,2 ng/ml
