Wachstums-Supplement-2 für humane Melanozyten, PMA-frei (HMGS-2)

Eine sterile, konzentrierte (100 x) Lösung zur Verwendung mit Medium 254 oder Medium 254CF für die Kultivierung von humanen epidermalen Melanozyten. Jede 5-ml-Flasche HMGS-2 enthält alle Wachstumsfaktoren, Hormone und Gewebeextrakte, die für die Kultur von humanen epidermalen Melanozyten notwendig sind, und ist die korrekte Supplement-Menge für eine 500-ml-Flasche Medium.

Wenn eine 500-ml-Flasche Medium mit HMGS-2 supplementiert wird, sind die Endkonzentrationen der Bestandteile im supplementierten Medium wie folgt:

  • Fötales Kälberserum (0,5 %)
  • Basischer Fibroblasten-Wachstumsfaktor (3 ng/ml)
