ELISA

Human NRF2 quantitates human NRF2 in serum, plasma, supernatant. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant human NRF2.

Nfr1 (auch als TCF11 bezeichnet), Nrf2 und Nfr3 sind bZIP-Transkriptionsfaktoren, die mit Maf-Proteinen Heterodimere bilden, um MARE-Sequenzen (Maf Recognition Elements) zu binden.
