Stabile Expression des Tetracyclin-Repressorproteins

T-REx™-Zelllinien weisen eine stabile Expression des Tetracyclin-Repressorproteins auf (Tabelle 1). Spart Zeit und Aufwand bei der Verwendung des T-REx™-Systems. Die T-REx™-Zelllinien werden durch transiente Transfektion mit dem positiven Kontrollvektor pcDNA™4⁄TO⁄lacZ funktionell getestet. T-REx™-Zelllinien weisen extrem niedrige Basalexpressionswerte im reprimierten Zustand und hohe Expressionswerte bei der Induktion mit Tetracyclin auf (Abbildung 1).

Specifications

Inhalt und Lagerung 1 x 107 Zellen werden gefroren in 1 ml 90 % Gesamtmedium und 10 % DMSO geliefert. In Flüssigstickstoff lagern. Zellen bleiben garantiert 6 Monate lang stabil, wenn sie sachgemäß gelagert werden.
