Description

Als Enzymbarriere zur Verhinderung einer Inaktivierung von Enzymen sowie für die PCR*-Probenvorbereitung, den Probentransport und das langsame Auftauen von gefrorenen Proben geeignet.

Bestehend aus IsoRack™, IsoPack™ und IsoSafe™.
  • Für 24 Röhrchen (0.5/1.5/2.0 ml-Safe-Lock Mikrozentrifugenröhrchen oder 1.7 ml-Safe-Twist Röhrchen mit Schraubverschluss)
  • IsoPack™ (Cold Pack) weiß für 0 °C und blau für -21 °C, gekühlt auf Kühltemperatur im Gefrierfach
  • Isotherme Zeiten von >6 h (0 °C, weiß) und >3 h (-21 °C, blau)
  • Keine schmelzenden Eisbäder mehr (Kontaminationsgefahr)
  • Alle Komponenten des Systems können separat verwendet werden
  • Die Gestelle sind stapelbar, autoklavierbar, beschriftbar, schwimmfähig und können in einem Mikrotiterplattenrotor zentrifugiert werden. Spezialisiert auf die stundenlange effektive und konstante Kühlung von Proben bei -21 °C oder 0 °C.
